You want to get a shampoo with none of the below:
NO Sodium Lauryl Sulphate
NO Petroleum By-products
NO Artificial Fragrances
NO Artificial Colours
NO Harsh Detergents
NO Animal Derivatives
NO Harsh harmful chemicals
Not only is there a link between these chemicals and cancer, they literally have no goodness for your hair. Get one with herbs, essential oils and plant extracts.
If you're from Australia I use Natural Instinct, which are awesome quality! - Otherwise, I knew that neways is an internation brand that has great hair products.
goodluck with your choice

I have always bought my shampoo and conditioner at the salon until recently, when I was in a pinch. I had to pick some up at the supermarket and ended up buying the new Herbal Essence shampoo and conditioner. It is actually really good. Leaves my hair very soft and smooth! Plus, it smells wonderful.

Go for the cheap stuff. It works just as good as the more expinsive brands but dosen't kill your wallet. I strongly recomend V05. It often smells better and leaves my hair just as strong, healthy, and beautiful as say Herbal Essence. Also sometimes a local brand or store brand is just fine, such as a Publix or Wal-Mart brand. Hope this helps.

I use the Garnier (spelling) fructuis. It comes in a green bottle. I use the one for strong and long. I have dyed my hair numerous times and when I use this one it makes my hair silky soft. I also would recommend any Herbal Essence or SunSilk. Make sure you read them and see what they are for because if you need one that is for dyed and damaged hair and you get one for regular hair it wont do anything but make your hair oily. VISA VERSA.

I in simple terms switched from Pantene for that reason and because I hated the odor. i prefer to propose organic Essences. you will discover shampoo for exceptionally lots any hair style or subject and that i think of they odor large. i would not propose Garnier Fructis (i do no longer think of I spelled that precise). It made my hair oily and it made it odor terrible. desire I helped(=

Well it depends on your hair type. Some expensive shampoo is maybe doesn't suit your hair and makes it frizzy. I'll suggest a shampoo for colored hair (so your hair will be much softer).
