Remedy for dandruff

INGREDIENTS: Baby Shampoo (Cocamidopropyl Betaine)
Light Body Oil (Isopropyl Myristate w/ Sesame Oil)
INSTRUCTIONS: This Remedy is based on the theory that my Dandruff was caused by a combination of Unhealthy Dry Scalp, the damaging acids of most shampoos and conditioners, and alergic reactions to ingredients in
shampoos and conditioners. The Baby Shampoo cleans the hair and scalp with a pH that is not acid like the ingredients in most shampoos and body washes (incidentally the same ingredient.)The Light Body Oil is marketed by several companies and seems to be non-alergenic in most forms. The main marketer of the Light Body Oil is Neutrogena.
Instructions: Clean the hair and scalp once with the Baby Shampoo. Apply the Body Oil to the scalp and let it soak for a while (usally as long as it takes to wash the rest of you.) Wash the hair and scalp again with the Baby Shampoo. The Baby Shampoo cleanses the hair and scalp with its less harsh ingredients. The Body Oil softens and conditions the scalp and restores it to an unblemished condition. The second treatment of Baby Shampoo removes the excess oil from the scalp and pores leaving the skin still infused with the conditioning oils.A nice side effect is the hair conditioning properties of the Light Body Oil. This keeps you from having to use harsh conditioners that could also cause your scalp to react badly and flake off

It IS your shampoo. Try a salon shampoo like Redken.

It can also be your diet......but for the most part, those crappy cheap shampoos cause dandruff. They are JUNK.
