You can hire a hypnotist. He can put you in a trance and you can relive Bob's shows. While you are reliving the shows you can also Paint along with Bob. I would pay good money for your paintings.

Maybe you could ask PBS if they still have Bob Ross around or check eBay.
But are you just looking for similar artist or did it not occur you could get Bob Ross himself? (Maybe you already own him on Video).
