I am a bit shy when it come to talking to my gf about sex and that stuff. But I would like to ask her to shave down there instead of just trimming. I don't won't to just come out and tell her that, but i don't know how to do it. Please Help.

sneak it up on her, and do it FOR her,
get intimate in the shower, pull out a shaver, and tell her youre gonna shave it, she wont deny it, because shell 'in the moment'.

Ask her if she'd ever considered about shaving or waxing. For some girls I guess its not comfortable for them. But other than that you have to respect her wishes.
