Use a low level formatting tool such as White Canyon's Wipe Drive or DDC Wiper which is free from CNET. Once you've completely wiped your drive you can perform a fresh install of your OS.

by recovery s/w....ne recovery software will help u in formatting ur computer and reinstall the operating system...
