In being a free and open society, where people have freedom of religion, and are free from oppression (yes, I know the tax rates are high, but look at the flippin' NHS - they pay for everything!), then it pretty much qualifies as an Islamically acceptable state. The idea that the Saudis have of religious police is ludicrous! More ludicrous than Ludacris!

What do you mean by Islamic State? There is complete freedom to Muslims in following their faith. There is no legal binding to convert non-Muslims to Muslims. Justice is done by court and people do not take law in their own hands. In Islam piety is criteria for superiority. Be pious. People will respect you.
