You go to your email, and I'm assuming you use yahoo. You click compose. Write what ever message you want in the content box. Somewhere on the pg there should be a button that says Attach Files. You click that, and it should take you to a different pg. On that pg, you click browse to find your power point file. It's really quite simple. I hope I helped.

Do the email like you would any email. Then there should be a button for attachments. When that window comes up, select the powerpoint file, then send it on its way. If you want to test it, just make one email out to yourself and follow the above steps. If it works, just do another email for the intended recipient with the above steps.

Just click the attach button at the top of a new message in yahoo mail.
Then find the file and click ok.

Definetely. You can attach any document with an email, provided the size of attachment is too high. Make sure that the PPT file uses optimized images, so that the sze of the file is optimized.

I advise no doing this, the reason being in case you keep the record in a extra moderen version than the version of the fellow you're sending it to they ca no longer open it wisely. the suited element is to apply the p.c.. and bypass characteristic in ability element, This packs you presentation up right into a great little record that is self extracting and can want to nicely be used on machines that do not actually have PowerPoint on them. The very last issues is to apply a win-zip application to zip them up before sending in e mail. the reason being undemanding, Microsoft Outlook received't receive and .exe record so if that is a zipper then and all e mail application will receive. Or in case you do not opt for to zip the record then purely rename it with the terrific .exe and regulate this to .ppt Then tell the receiver to rename the record to .exe after downloading it. Then all they ought to do is click the exe record and it is going to unpack and open the presentation and commence it. Like I stated even without ability element on that computer! Then to deliver it in e mail all you want to do is locate the folder the position you kept the .exe (p.c..&bypass record) and proper click on it, then click deliver to, e mail this can open a sparkling sparkling e mail message with the record connected, all you want to do is upload the e-mail manage the purely rationalization about renaming the record and click deliver. suited Regards!
