i need step by step instructions for a RIS install with server 2003?

i want to install windows xp pro. i want to use the pixi boot option not the disk. i know there are better options out there like ghost but i need to practice this for class and ive lost my lab manual. i need to make it unattended as well. thanks in advance!!!!
