im gonna say nyquil because ive taken niquil just to sleep before and taken sleeping pills to try and sleep but they never seem to work for me....the nyquil knocks me out quick

Nyquil is just like alcohol so would work the same and the sleeping pill could actually have a reverse action when mixed with it

don't do it. p.s. nyquil is full of alcohol already.
