I was on a diet awhile ago, and I lost about 15 pounds by eating right and exercising. I am really happy with the weigh I look right now, and I don't want to lose any more weight or gain it back. I have one problem though, I can't get out of the habit of counting calories. How do I continue to eat healthy without worrying about if I will get fat?

There is nothing wrong with keeping track of calories as long as you are not obsessive about it. Keep eating right and exercising. If you keep losing weight, since you are already keeping track of calories, increase them slowly until you level off. Good job.

If you have had a problem with your weight in the past then you should NOT stop counting your calories. After awhile, you'll stop thinking of food as numbers of calories and you'll just look at it in terms of portion size....you'll know how much is enough.
Yeah! for you for your weight loss success!!!!

i think counting calories is good for you, as long as you are eating the proper amount of calories for your body size.
I think you are fine.... if you eat bad one day it's not going to kill you and as long as you are still exercising, then you should be fine.

I don't think you can. Maybe you won't write everything down, but you'll always pay attention to what you're eating.
