Spontaneous generation has never ever been known to happen. Intelligent scientists have never been able to make it happen. Yet, some so easily believe that given enough time that nonliving matter could somehow begin to live.
Talk about a miracle!!!

I looked up the two websites posted here. I must research it to have an opinion. I will definitely look into it and then make another cooment...Thanks
And I will look up adenosine, too. Sounds very interesting.

I did some research, but I def. need to do more. Are amino acids organic? Did their development progress? Etc. It's all very interesting.

I think that science is a great thing...it's good to be curious about the physical world. But I choose to believe, as is my right, that any scientific discoveries and explanations for natural phenomena occur by the grace of God...I believe that He orchestrated the process of evolution (if it exists, which has not been proven, in my opinion) and adaptation, and that in His infinite wisdom, created life forms that can "change with time", just as the strongest skyscrapers are the ones that can bend with the wind.
I know that I will be attacked for believing in this, for which the term has been coined as "Intelligent Design", but that doesn't bother me. I know that it is the truth, and those who disagree should respect my beliefs at the same time. It's funny how those who view themselves as the most open-minded type of people many times are the ones who say the ugliest things to those who believe differently from them.
God is great. Tell the good news to everyone you know! :-)

shut up shut up shut up, not everyone will believe what you believe, get over yourself, you think it's more likely that there's a big guy up there in the clouds with a long white beard, keepin track of the 6-7 billion people of the world, where was he 7000 years ago, when the mesopotamians were around? everyone in the world is behind some conspiracy i suppose, the dinosaur bones, and all- there was no christianity then, it's not about spontaneous generation, we were not born into this world with knowledge, so give scientists time to discover new theories, as for the bible, it will always be the bible, it doesn't have answers for everything, new things are discovered, but just cause it aint in the bible don't mean it aint true, i find it unbelieveable that people believe every single word from the bible, it's just a book, it wasn't written by god, how ignorant are you?!!!!!

i actually choose people could handle those style of posts at creationists somewhat than generalising and addressing it to all Christians, of which the overpowering majority settle for evolution. The creationist in spite of the incontrovertible fact which would be lost on your use of scientific nomenclature. Calley D submit is an execellent occasion of this - onelm0 is likewise puzzling nomenclature with the aid of merchandising a regulation above a thought while all people in touch in tutorial technology knows that's incorrect.

Why does it make sense to some people that somehow two of every species in existence fit on a 450ft boat and somehow repopulated the ENTIRE planet in a few thousand years? Why does it make sense to some people that God can come from nothing but the Universe can't? Why does it makes sense to some people that their God is going to come back and blow up the whole planet and kill off everyone that doesn't believe in him?
I guess we'll never know.

Organic compounds (e.g. adenosine) form in space. Organic compounds form in laboratory conditions designed to replicate primordial compounds. In other words, there is some evidence. Spontaneous generation only had to happen once.

It makes them seem superior to everything else. You see a God that great and powerfull that long ago makes us look like, well, monkeys. Some people just can't accept that we are monkeys!

I was just in my AP Bio class today, and I realized that they cell theory states that all cells come from pre-existing cells. Then, I wondered, "How did the first cell come to be?" and then, "If it came to be by evolution, how come these primitive cells are not still popping up around the earth?" It was a question that would have been intersting to ask....

I will never understand evolution as taught by scientists. The world is too perfect and balanced. Creation makes more sense to me.
I understand taking a species of animal and placing them in different environments and they evolve/adapt to that environment. That's the only extent of evolution that I can follow.
Darwin even said before he died, that mankind doesn't evolve into better beings but we digress becoming more like animals. I believe this! This is why we need Christ in our lives.

read up...it has happen and you might want to read up on the info about the asteroid they found. But, I got a feeling that you aren't searching for the truth but instead would like to take more people into your bible bubble. Next time you might want to find one without proof.

Spontaneous generations happens every time a new creature is born, or a plant grows.
