Yeah, guess what. Guys like their girls to have some curves. I mean not to be blunt, but what do you think breasts are made of? Hint: It's not muscle.

Cutting down on junk food, especially soda, is good though. And if you want a nice exercise package, light jogging or biking are both good (it increases your stamina, plus it shapens up your legs). Don't overdo it at first - starting a new exercise program takes time to build your endurance and tolerance up. If someone says "no pain no gain," hit them. A little muscle soreness is ok, but don't push yourself beyond the point of exhaustion, ever.

10 pounds in 3 weeks is a lot at your age unless you're really big to start with. Weight distribution (where the fat is on your body) is more important than weight anyway, for anyone close to normal weight.

You need to do some type of cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Run around, do jumping jacks, dance enthusiastically, anything to get your heart pumping for 30 minutes with as little stops as possible. You're right about avoiding junk food, and if you're a soda fan I am sorry to tell you that is a major enemy for you right now. You need to avoid anything with corn syrup. Try iced tea with regular sugar, or plain water, things like that. And speaking of water, don't forget that is VERY important to your health and nutrition. Make SURE to get your 8 glasses per day! That is 8 servings of 8 ounces each - the size of a small juice at a restaurant. The large cups/glasses that you probably have in your house, are probably at least 16 ounces so that means you only need a minimum of 4 glasses. Good luck!!!!

don't go by what u weigh go by how u look and feel. lol which is why i HATE the scales at GNC hahah they tell me i'm obese i'm 215 but only like 12-14% bodyfat. Muscle weighs more than fat. If your looking for a six pack its all about building the muscle and loosing the access bodyfat. You can't just train your abs to loose weight u need to do cardio like running. To build the muscle roman chair situps leg lifts are the good builders but only train your abs twice a week. They are a fast recovering slow twitch muscle fiber and over training a muscle only makes it break down you have to give your abs time to heal before working them again. Do your cardio 3-4 times a week sprints or fast jogging are the best for burning that hard to loose fat. Lean meats like chicken breast/tenderloin, tuna, salmon, egg whites are really good protien sources with minimal fat. Don't over cut ur calories though that just leads to a ton of other problems especially at your age.

A 6 pack would look awful on a 13 year old. Your asset is your age, the freshness of your look, use that to your advantage.

sit ups on a workout ball help with the six pack. id say running is a good way, and drink lots of water. helps you eat less.

I'm glad you're trying to be healthy, but dont go overboard, hun!

Eating lots of fruit does really improve your energy, which helps you excersize.

Excersizing can help tons, even dancing around your room to your favorite songs can help.
You can also do sports, which are always fun and really help!

crunches, oblique crunches work well as well, not sit ups (they'll end up working out your back muscles and possibly hurt your neck more then crunches will), try running.
