It will still show up but as private or blocked or restricted.

*67 is a free feature of the phone company and no it shouldn't matter whether you call a landline to cell or visa versa. It will appear to them as "private number" or "private person"

No, it shouldn't because that would defeat the purpose of blocking the number, wouldn't it? That is antithetical to the entire definition of *67 which is to make an anonymous blocked call. Therefore, it probbaly doesn't show up on the bill.

No. It's an incoming call to the landline. No company I know of charges for incoming call other than collect to a landline.

It will show that a call was made but it would probably say 'private.'
