There are barbs on the male cat's penis that cause her pain when he withdraws. The purpose of the barbs is to cause the female to ovulate.

That's because the cats are feeling "funky" when the male sticks his penis up his mate's vagina. Or you can always get married and see if you yell when you mate.

Male cats have a barb on the end of their penis. This is painful for the female so she cries. This is also why the Tom's bite and hold onto the female's neck so they don't run away. Wouldn't you cry?

not really just kidding the real reson is cats are very alert to their masters/ owners needs. an example of this is cats bring dead birds in to the house to train their owner in the art of killing for food. the same principle applies for mating if you or your partner scream during sexual activity the cat will stop trying to teach you how to do it. give it a try it really works;)
