Absolutely. I'd be careful goin door to door in the Bible Belt, tho! If an atheist came to my door, I would treat them the same as I do the Mormons and the Jehovah's Witnesses that come to my door -- I wish you well, but I've got a made up mind :)

Sure why not...you don't have to talk to them, you can politely tell them to leave, you can listen to what they have to say...there are lots of options. Ask yourself - What would Jesus do? If you are atheist, ask yourself- What would the nicest person you know do?

No, NO ONE SHOULD. They're all annoying, even the door to door salesmen. We don't want to receive your religion or buy the 20 day old t-bone steak from the back of your car! Its my property so get off. Then *buttons the bath robe*.
