They eat the same amount of food, exercise just the same (not too much), and they never changed their habits. Is it puberty? Is it metabolism decreation? What is it? Why hasen't it happened to me and other? Gah!

i mean one guy lost 60lbs in 3 months by barely doing anything

well its baby fat that they are losing....and your probly right its the change in life...like puberty...the body changes, its becoming a adult....its nothing to worry about....but if you think your fat and want to lose weight....dont do it.....let your body mature naturally, some are slower than other.....if you try to lose weight(if your a teen) this could be a bad thing........could be dangerous, plus when youmature your body could add more weight.............just let your body do its thing, you keeping doing what your doing...and dont worry so much..let god and nature take its course..and youll be a beutiful person no matter what ok?

It's got to be puberty related. I didn't change my habits at all, if anything I became less active and I dropped about 10 or 15 lbs when I was 14. I was never overweight to begin with I just became underweight suddenly. I stayed underweight until about 18.

puberty. Thats when they start becoming interested in the opposite sex....along with a more active life....sports, exercise, walking further (more freedom to do so) and muscle begins to develop faster, specially in boys.
