House - not a specific type, but i ask for 'house' dressing all the time
Greek - when i asked the guy at the gyro place what the dressing was called, he said regular Greek dressing. \
Thai - usually used on chicken salads

Russian, Italian, French, Seven Seas, Roquefort (France), and Ranch (just kidding on that one).... actually, mayonnaise is used in salad dressing, and it's also in France.
