Numerous waterfalls some being discovered ever so often.
Fresh water lakes.
This island has the 2nd largest boiling lake in the world.
Breath taking mountains some reaching almost 5000ft covered in green natural forests. Most of these mountains have anceint trails which you could hike too.
The island has excellent private villa services in the deep rainforests absoultely fantastic and romantic.Has Natural spa spots- warm and hot mineral sulpher springs coming from the earth.
Great Sorkelling -clean waters free from pollution. The island itslef is very prestine.
Fantastic whale watching. It was branded as the whale watching capital of the caribbean.
Great Cuisine-the reason beaing its influenced by the frensh ,english, african and carib indian heritage-very unique.
They have the most unique music festival in late october every year. And a very unique Creative carnival every year -2days before the lenten season- same time as Trinidad's.I am from there and let me tell you too little tourists give the island a chance mainly beacuse it is not known. Its the best kept secret of the world believe me.

It really depends on what you want to do.
Scuba Dive - Cozumel
Eat Jerk Chicken and climb trees for coconuts- Jamaica
Go visit a rainforest - Costa Rica
Be romantic with your lover, Hawaii
Get drunk, party and dance - Cancun
Sit back, relax, take in beautiful beaches, palms and the most clearest waters in the world that would be the Virgin Islands.
If you want to experiment, you could go on a cruise where they stop different places.
Like Carnival goes out of florida, mobile, houston. The go all over the Caribbean and stop in Grand Caymen, Jamaica, Bahamas, Cozumel, Virgin Islands. etc.
Good Luck

well it all depends on what you want to do...but my favorite island is Dominica (www.discoverdominica.com)
Dominica is not the commercial Caribbean Tourist Destination but it is a unique adventure that you really could not find anywhere else. I highly re comment you visit before too much of the world discovers it.
Other islands I recommend are:
- St. Lucia
- St Maarten/St Martin

St. Thomas and St. John are great... I've been there 3 times. They are only a 20 minute ferry ride apart and offer excellent beaches, snorkelling, scenery and nightlife.
