Well, for starters you could cause bleeding because the area is sensitive. You could also rip the ties the doctor used to tie off any bleeding vessels, also you could rip the stitches that the doctor put in to close your wound. Just do what the doctor tells you. Theres a reason he spent 8 years in school and 6 to 8 years in residency.

Well, it's your life, and if you choose to ignore wise advise, then you have to suffer the consequences of possible strangulation. Only stupid patients defy their doctor's advice. Why do you think it took so many years in training those doctors? I can't believe someone could be so foolish.
