Access movie player?

Question

Ya know, on the computer sometimes there are free clips to watch before you buy a film?

I have real one, and media something, I've got them. But then the clips start, and they say they are playing, and I can see the bar moving down the bottom, but the screen is totally blank.

I don't know how to put one of my players into it. I figure they are using there player, but I still can't see anything.

Click on Tools, Options, Resolution, click on settings, then click the tab that says on.
