- Find serenity in forgiveness. make efforts to meet other people and do some activities where you can help people in need as organizations who help poor people in America who don't even have a shelter for this chilly winter.

You become brave enough to admit it and SEE clearly that its there.

Then you hold the broken pieces together with understanding and patience.
(Do this alone as it is too fragile)

Then you glue/sew it back together, with love, hope and your own space
(It would be a good idea to work with other people who are experience in doing such a delicate procceses)

Then you SEE the scar on the once broken heart and know you cant heal the broken heart but you can only MEND it.

Pain doesnt go away or is forgotten, it is taken and learnt with another full determination...

Give your heart a lot of attention...be good to yourself, do the things that make you happy. A broken heart is just like a broken leg, you need to rest it, take care of it, be gentle with it, and walk slowly before you run on it again, like all broken legs, they get better with the proper attention. Take care of you =)
