I was in 4th grade, so about 9. There is no normal age. Children learn about it in middle school. You could say the sooner the better so they're aware of everything. But also, maybe later is better, so they don't get so interested at such a young age.

i learned about it at 5 i think, for most people they would learn about it at 9 to 11

I learned 'literally' about sex...when I was eleven.
I was educated completely when I was fourteen (about science and sex, the difference and stuff, HIV and health)
I understood fully when I was sixteen (about sex and emotions, about marriage and sex, and about how sex effects people's lives)
I know sex...when somebody asks me for it

18. My parent's were a bit dysfunctional.
I plan on it being an open topic in my home. My kids will know from day one that their mom and dad love to get it on with each other.
