It took about a month or so for me. I know Nexus makes a VitaTress makes a vitamin specifically for hair. It works miracles!! At least for me! Good luck!

Why don't you take a Biotin vitamin? That's what I do...I used to take a vitamin specifically for hair/skin and nails, but I ran out. I think a general rule is around 6 weeks to notice any type of difference, but make sure to keep a healthy diet and scalp massages are key too!

Good luck!

i just started taking silica because it is VERY good for face, hair and nails. i've also started taking *hair vitamins* i bought which contain biotin and a few other vitamins. i've been taking them for almost a month and i'm not sure if i see results yet. i did some research and i think it takes about 6 weeks for the vitamins to actually soak in and start to work.

No vitamin will make your hair grow faster. Human hair grows an average of 1/2" a month. What biotin and the hair/nails/skin vitamins do is make your hair grow healthier so it doesn't break off as much and will then grow longer.
