A sign that says the exact same thing...
... in the middle of a meadow otherwise untouched by human hands.
I didn't see that one personally, though. Only heard of it. I have, however, seen several of this kind of sign in Japan: It is a slanted plexiglass sign that hangs directly over the railing at the top of escalators, and the picture on it depicts a person leaning over the escalator railing and subsequently smacking their head on the sign.
So, yes: There are signs over escalator railings in Japan that essentialy say, "WARNING: do not hit your head on this sign."
