The timing isn't right for either of us. I do love him, everything about him. It is not lust. He likes me too, we just can't be together right now.

We can't be together because our job prevents dating on the job. I am leaving this job in 5 months. So hopefully afterwards..... ;)

Just give it time....the reason you are not together yet is because its not in the cards right now....when the time is right you will know....trust me eveything happens for a reason......

Reverse psychology. We usually do what we are told we shouldn't, don't do what we should, and try to get anything we are told we can't have. That's human nature.
A rational person such as yourself has asked the right question: Why? But now what do you do? Reason out the situation and move one.
