i want to stop getting red so much, it bothers me, i think the reason is that im not self confident but i think im not because im so skiny.
But like lets so im in class and the teacher calls on me to answer i automatically start blushing bad and i really hate it because then girls will think me of more of a weak non social bean. i dont want to hear "oh well it a natural thing and you cant get rid of it" i know that but i just want to do something to atleast reduce it like somekind of thing i can do to reduce it, and if a girl comes up to me and talks to me i usually blush, it didnt used to be like that till like 7th grade, im in 9th now. but when im with friends i dont blush as much, any advice or rituall i can do?

I've got a best friend whose a guy and his nick name is the 'blusher brother'.
He blushes everytime he talks in front of a lot of people, everytime he talks formally and cant laugh and everytime another girl tries to talk to him. But the weirdest thing is he doesnt blush in front of me...

REASON? Well, he knows me in and out, feels brave and confident and tells me a lot about himself... so he doesnt feel shy in front of me...he could lie, tell a joke and act completely macho without making a mistake in front of me, but when he wants to ask a girl out, she wouldnt notice him because he's as red as the stop sign...

We tried to overcome his problem by changing who we communicate with. I drag him to talk to loads of strangers and people who his never talked to before. That gives him experience and confidence.

Also, we learn how to divert his shyness??? if you usually blush when your shy, try clicking a pen in yor pocket if your shy.

And dont worry too much if your shy, if you worry less, you'll get over it sooner. People who are shy can be kind of cute...lol

This was experience, and now the blusher brother has his confidence (but still bushes sometimes when he's embarrased).

It would also be a good idea to get a friend whose confident and can guide you.

Aww that is so cute !!! But you seem to be very intimidating ... I use to be like that when i was in high school and it kind of took a while to go away .. .. . . I mean a good while . .. Like after graduation!!! But all i can tell you is that your probably a self conscious person and just think about your looks and you need to stop and just be confident in yourself or its never gonna go away . Its really all a mind thing!!

I had the exact same problem. It's a symptom of anxiety disorder. Go here:
