I've been using it for about... 4 days now. It works WONDERFULLY. MInimal itching and redness occur right after applying it, but it's defininitely worth it! I was wondering, though, since it has aluminum in it, which has proven to be bad for you in large amounts over time, how long must I use it before I can start using it every other day? Or can I ever do that? I'd appreciate feedback. Thanks!

I used it for awhile. My aunt talked me into switching to another brand. I can't use just anything cause I break out and some kinds just make me stink... She sweats terrible and swears by the naturaly fresh brand.It has no aluminum and to me, it has the same effects. I've listed the link below to take you to it... I use the roll on. It's fabulous!

I love the stuff. i will use it for like 3 or 4 nights, then skip like 2 days, then use it again. My pits get sensitive to it, so when i notice i start to look like a monkey scratching away at them, i let up a few nights. you have to be carefull or you will get sore scratchy arm pits if you use it too much. I didnt know it was bad for you though- about the alluminum thing. i too would like to know more about that...

i used it for two weeks and then switched to once a month. this has to be the best product i've every used. i only started using it about 3 months ago and wonder how i ever lived without it.

hmmm i didnt even know it shouldnt be used for long. i use it daily and it works wonders for me!
