Okay, so this ugly guy likes me and I HATE HIM. He always tries flirting with me, thenI deliberately hurt his feelings, but he NEVER leaves me alone! A few months ago, in fifth hour, the person who originally sits by me was absent, and he comes up and sits by me. I told him to go away, but he refuses to leave. I decided to just live with it and ignore him, but he kept calling me an "easy girl" and I told him to shut up. After fifth hour, I was walking to my next class with two of my friends and he came up and smacked me on my butt! I screamed at him, and attempted to go after him and hit him, but there were too many people crowding the hall. I reported him to the assistant principal, and he suspended him for 3 days. after 3 days, he came back to school and started rumors that we "did it" and all-of course, it's NOT true. I reported him and nothing happened. The rumors stopped a little, but he still acts like he likes me. He constantly talks to me, I insult him, and he does nothing

Try to talk nicely to him. tell him you don't care for him and that he should look for an other girl. He is harrassing you So if after you talk to him,he doesn't stop report him to the police. His hitting you on the butt was an act of sexual abuse. And he should be stopped. Don't worry about the other students believing his lies, your true friends won't believe him. And the more he talks about you the more popular you will be. Don't let him get to you try the talk, if fails, go to police.

It is called sexual assault. You should file a police report and get a restraining order against him. Stay the hell away from him and don't even acknowledge anything he does. If your school won't help you the police will. This behavior is sick and wrong. He needs help -- stop it now.

I agree that you may be part of the problem.
But, if it continues:
If you are serious and he doesn't stop when you ask him to, this could be interpreted as sexual assault. Talk to your parents about it, or a teacher that you trust.

Apply for a restraining order, or talk to your parents , if u mention what he did to you and the rumor they will get pissed, talk to the dude in charge and somthing should happen. othrwise just kick his ***, inflict terror upon him.
