Are you stressed Most headaches are caused by stress. The number one reason for people going to the doctor is for headaches so don't get yourself real scared or worried. Some people have headaches daily ... What I do is take a aleve right after I get up so I can avoid one.

Stress, sinus infection, sinus pressure. Are you looking at a computer alot?....Sometimes I will get a caffiene headache if I dont drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Do you drink lots of caffiene and trying to cut back?
When I have a sinus headache my neck will also hurt.
Motrin, (Ibuprofen) will get rid of my sinus headache.
Are you drinking enough?....Sometimes when our body needs hydrating we will get a headache. This is whats causes Hangovers, when you drink beer, liquior, wine you flush fluids from your body, if you drink Gatorade or plenty of water your hangover will go away.

I pray it`s nothing serious, Lets us know what your Dr. says.

I had migraines for 30 years. I went to a health food store where they recommended that I take magnesium and calcium. I took them and now I don't get headaches anymore. It's common to be deficient in magnesium. Try it, you'll be glad you did.
