"For now, RAV4s sold in North America are produced in Toyota's Tahara, Aichi, Japan assembly plant. However, when Toyota's Woodstock, Ontario, Canada assembly plant comes online in 2008, models sold in North America will be assembled exclusively there (effective MY 2009)."*

Searched the first 50 returns on Yahoo! search and no mention was made of fuel leaks. I read in 2 forums about the owner impressions. One forum all reports were positive, the other about half positive.

Like many of Toyota's SUVs, the RAV4 is manufactured and assembled in Japan. This is a great vehicle; go ahead and take one for a spin!

A V4....WHO THE HELL is this new child^? unquestionably pass with the V6...i in simple terms like extra skill and that i'm thinkin the rav4 could have an much less confusing time accelerating with the V6 than the 4-cylinder...with the 4-cylinder you will possibly be able to get some lag in the "gettup"
