aside from enjoying it, you pay attention your partners response to what you are doing.
if she's obviously enjoying it you continue, if she's lying still like a dead fish you try something else or ask what would be better.
it is very exciting and satisfying to bring a woman to climax this way.

Um, Well we think about really satisfying the woman, we also think how you taste, we also think about how you smell and if the lights are on we like to look at you, to see how it looks, Me personally I like shaved and small lips! No big pertruding lips on my woman, Its perfect.
