overall calories are the most important thing for weight
For health watch trans and polysaturated fats.
Diet and Exercise make you skinny, hands down irrefutable proof
Eat smaller meals more often
like 6-8 meals per day but take out the junk food and you will loose weight

When watching your weight you need to stay with food that is less than 30 % fat (preferably 25%) and the more you eat like this the more calories you can eat because you are not getting the fat calories as you would be if you were eating high fat. I know I have been eating 30% or less fat calories for about 2 years now and I work out 3 times a week with muscle toning I went from 145 to 118 and tone as a brick. I get a lot of compliments. I lost the weight and looked good 3 months after doing this. Make it your life change to eat less fat you will be surprised at how many foods have low fat plus you can eat more. It was the best thing I ever did.

When watching your weight, you deal in calories. You watch fat for two reasons. One, it's high in calories. Two, the more fat you have compared to other sources of calories in your diet, the more likely you will have heart problems.

Watch the calorie intake and along with exercise. There is also a diet pill called hoodia and it is a cactus extract from africa the sanz tribe discovered it when they were starving and they started eating cactus and they discovered that it decreases your appetite. My uncle has lost 40lbs using it. Hope this helps you out.

Calories! They turn into sugar and then into fat, the bad kind of fat. But the fat that is already in the food it helps lube your poop. Example fat free our diet pop that doesnt contain sugar actually contains a subsitute that will make you crave sugar and will also slow your matabolism.

Both, but I lost 52 lbs. only eating when I am hungry not when it is mealtime or someone else is eating.
