I wouldnt do it...first of all much older is a bad idea...only a really emotionally immature/insecure guy would date a woman much younger and considering he is getting divorced, probably not man enough to handle marriage/commitment...plus the divorce is not final yet, so techically you would still be an adulterer and be heading for hell for you sin against god...okay just kidding about that, but doesnt sound like a recipe for success...

There are lots of things to consider.. such as how long has he been separated? He needs to have some time to sort out his life before he jumps into another relationship. does he have kids? and how much older is he? Are his kids going to think of you as an older sister or his wife?

Give him a chance to get over his marriage before you live together or get too serious. Make sure his kids will like you. Again, they will need some time to adjust to their dad not being at home and not being with their mother before another woman comes onto the scene.

There is nothing wrong with being with him, but make sure you aren't the "rebound" girl and will regret it in a few years.

The reasons behind his divorce would be the only way you could figure this out. Someone who is just coming out of a marriage is in no way ready for another relationship. There is a lot of healing to be done. take it slow, like wait a couple of months before you two start anything.

Thats a tough sport sweetheart, like professional football, are you ready to take some gutshots in persuit of love? You could be his rebound. He could go back to his wife. You could become the object of her agression. If he failed at a mairrage, a partnership sworn before God, do you want to trust that with your heart? It's not fashionable. Everyone in this situation probabally deserves more.
