In the 1900's there was a famous case of a boy who was possesed. This case later became the inspiration for a movie called, "The Excorcist." In the movie it was a girl though.
Of course, women [in a Christian mindset] are more likely to be possesed because they brought sin and are weak. Which is false.

It's not always a girl, but i think that for the most part women are more 'open' spiritually, more in tune with their emotions and more sensitive to their surroundings. Maybe this makes them an easier target. Just my opinion.

If I was going into someone it would definitely be a girl.

it's not always females...you've only seen movies with females being possessed i'm guessing. there are many more people that have been supposedly possessed besides the ones in the movies...do some research on the subject...

Because "allegedly" women are more susceptible to mental illnesses. Personally, I think possession is nothing more than an acute mental illness.

Actually that's not true. The movie where the girl was possessed was actually based on a boy, not a girl. ^_^
