We work in an AC environment where the temp is kept around 20 degrees. Before leaving for food we do not feel cold, whereas after comming back from food all start shivering and need warm cloths.

The reason you feel cold after lunch is because more of your body's blood has migrated from your body's surface to your stomach and intestines in order to facilitate digesting your lunch. This reduces the surface temperature of your skin, and you therefore feel cooler.

After eating your metabolism ramps up making your skin warmer. The existing space temperature now feels much cooler on your warmer skin,, :-)=
