When it comes to your teeth both diet and regular have the same influence because is not the sugar in it that makes the greatest damage, it's the whole composition. Normally, you can drink them and saliva will wash your teeth and protect the mouth. The biggest problem for you is that they both have so many chemicals and in time harm your body...
Try to have a good vitamins intake form the food you eat (that is try to eat healthy food) and make sure you have a great oral hygiene.

Diet is better because it's like this werid fake sugara that make the drink taste good. They both have this acid that's both bad for your teeth. It's just that Pop damages it more than diet. Over time it'll be the same damage. Like drinking 1 regular would be like 2 diet. See?

Diet does not contain sugar. Sugar causes tooth decay.
No regular pop is worse on the teeth.

Diet cokes contain Aspertame, not sugar. However, Aspertame is unhealthy if ingested into the body often. It can cause a whole list of side effects. You could end up with health problems if you drink a lot of diet coke. Some is O.K. though. I drink Diet sometimes.

No. None of the soda drinks should be sipped all the time. You should wash the drink off with water.

It's not much better-it's still full of acid that eats the enamel.
