God chooses whoever He wishes for whatever He wishes, when He wishes. He is sovereign over the universe and can do whatever is His pleasure to do and brings Him glory. He is not bound by our feeble human ideas of "fairness". He chooses particular people to be His Church, His people. He is absolutely sovereign and has every right to do this. He owns it all and can do whatever He wishes. He answers to no human and does need to seek any advice from humans.

First of all you need to understand what equal opportunity is. I have the same opportunity as Bill Gates did to make that much money just like every other red blooded American. That, of course, doesn't mean I will. I have to work smart enough and hard enough to do so.
He is a God of Justice. He's not fair at all.

God never said life was fair. And if anyone should know, it would be Him.
