I'm 15, but I only have a 10 lb weight right now, I curled each arm with it 100 times, is that enough for right now? or should I do more?

I didn't start working out till I was about 15, and I didn't start at much heavier. 10 lbs. is fine, its most important for you to do the form the right way before you move up in weight. When you notice yourself getting stronger and the lifting getting easier, you should add more weight.

SOUNDS LIKE YOUR DOING REALLY WELL. AFTER A WEEK TRY TO INCREASE. AND DON'T DO 1 ARM ALL AT ONCE. TAKES TURNS WITH YOUR ARMS.
