I've found that when I have projects for school that must be done and I'm really stressed one of two things helps:
1) Stop doing whatever it is and take a break. Forget about it's very existence for an hour or two, then pick it back up.
2) Hurry up and get it done, so I don't have to worry about getting it done in time.
Usually I'll do both, in the order listed.

I used to do a quick 30 minute high cardio work out. That used to help me relieve alot of stress and then I could concentrate better.

Just relax, you do much better when you relax. Chew gum, or you could listen to www,echoes.com. Take deep breaths.

Take a short nap. 15 minutes. clear your mind.That should help.
