suffering from and odd headache?

does anyone know anything about headaches, i have one when you cough it aches ..and when you bend down to pick something up it really hurts i dont usually have headaches ...but this headache started all of a sudden and has lasted two days so far...ty

The classic symptom of sinus headache is the pain when you bend down to pick up something. You feel like you head is going to explode or fall off. This is probably sinus. Get some sudafed from the pharmacist and take that along with a pain medication to see if that helps. If that doesn't take care of it and the pain continues then consider seeing the doctor in a couple of days as it may be a sinus infection/sinusitis.

sounds like sinus. try breathing in steam, like sitting in the bathroom while you run a hot shower. also see your doc soon in case it is an infection. you could also try some sudafed and aleve (if theres no other reason for you NOT to take those)--both of those might help your sinuses drain. good luck

if your head hurts when you bend down to pick something up it sounds like a sinus infection. go see a dr to rule that out and get antibiods

Do you feel pressure in your head, particularly behind your eyes? I had something similar...I wasn't stuffed up or anything and it turned out I had sinus allergies.
