WOuld it get you mad if a police officer concluded that in an accident report that you driving the freeway limit (65MPH) and you are at fault...hBecause the other driver driving at 30 mph hit you?....Only damaging the driver's corner bemper only... assuming there are only two lanes....Does that make sense..

A vehicle doesn't belong on the highway if it's only traveling 30 mph. Unless it just entered the highway and is building up it's speed.
--Your statement doesn't make sense though-- unless the 30 mph vehicle ran into the side of the 65 mph vehicle it couldn't have hit it, and you say the damage was to a bumper.
The 65 mph vehicle would have had to hit the 35 mph vehicle.

-The 30 mph vehicle could still have caused the collision by cutting the other vehicle off, but it couldn't have hit it. It couldn't catch up and it wasn't traveling backwards.

-of course I'm not considering a head on collision, but at those speeds the cars would have been totaled.

I see the issue you try to strengthen and some misinterpretations of the jist of the question. in this city presently there replaced into an incident the position slightly youngster taking section in in grandma's the front backyard replaced into struck with techniques from a vehicle - the driving force replaced into inebriated adequate to emphasize over the pavement. As time progresses, we listen further and extra of such incidences. I survive a cul-de-sac the position the community toddlers play; there's no reason behind absolutely everyone to emphasize in this highway except they stay right here or are lost. as a replace, I regularly see some using at a larger %, turnaround and % off. that is a sparkling lifestyle. I get exhilaration out of your tries to stroll to the groceries, letting the toddlers journey mom nature. we are so vehicle depending, that folk favor to journey to the nearest save than walk for 10-quarter-hour. i wager the gas expenditures ought to hit $10/gallon for persons to regulate their habit. once you've different mom and father interior the community including your difficulty, then at the same time ***** to the police branch. save music of the properly time of such violations, in order to make the finest of the efforts and carry mutually vast quantity in tickets. when you're effectual, request % bumps. the money accrued from rushing tickets might want to pay for the speed bumps. that could want to do.

If you are on a freeway the slowest you are to drive is 45mph. So I guess both of you would be at fault. You should have slowed down or passed the slowpoke.
