If you have pdf writer(like adobe acrobat), you can print the help file and chose pdf as printer. It is better to install cutepdf which a great alternative to pdf writer. It installs itself as printer. you can set it as default and print your help file. It will print as pdf. So, you can store it and print it to one as you like.

Yes there should be. but I guess it depends on your printer.
When you click print, you should have a box pop up where you can choose pages, the printer to use, number of copies, etc.
Click on options or preferences and go through the tabs. You should find a place to choose "pages per sheet".
It usually won't be in the program page setup or whatever, but under the printing preferences or options.
