I believe that this is a decision that he must make for himself. As a kid I always had short hair as my parents would NOT allow long hair on the boys. Then I joined the Marines, and once out of the Corp I let my hair grow half way down my back. Now I'm in my fifties and I shave my head daily.

It really depends on his bone structure and hair type. Men with thick, slightly wavy hair and chiseled features often look great with long hair. Think Daniel Day-Lewis in Last of the Mohecans. Men with baby faces just don't look as good in longer hair. Men with thin hair just need to go very short all over.

I love long hair I think it looks hot. But hey a guy can do whatever he wants right. Also if the guy has limp or very fine hair it usually does not look so great long :)

Depends how long... I mean there is such thing as guys hair that is TOO long. Try not to hit the limit. But if you like your hair long and think that is a good cut for you then work it out! If you like it then it is good. I hope I helped.

I don't like long long hair on guys. Shoulder length would be too long for me... and no ponytails!! YUCK! But they have to keep it trimmed and taken care of!

I don't think so...there are very very few guys that look ok with it, and they are usually found in like calvin klein ads or something. a longer short look is nice though, almost that "I had a short cut 3 months ago" look with some pomade to peice it out.
