This is a question that can create some argument. Even so, here is my take on it.
Yes. You can be born with natural abilities that could be classified as abilities associated with The Craft. But, talent alone is not enough. Just like being born musical, if you never pursue it or take music lessons, the genetic gift you were born with would be wasted. Without training, the same thing would result in The Craft.
"Witch," just so you know, is derived from the word "wit" or "wisdom." Thus, to become a witch and be a witch, you must be trained, educated and learned before you can be rightfully called a witch.

Yes ... I think that all witches are witches by nature. Not to be confused with wiccans of course - I believe there to be a BIG difference:
Wiccans are members of a nature religion started by Gardner in the 1950's.
Witches are women and men born with innate abilities that are not easily explained.
Some folks may be both!

I use to go to uni with a practising witch this woman could bend metal without laying a finger on it ,she actually had several smalll pentegarms on her body which had occured naturally , I think she said to witches it means in their past life they had beeen matyred as witch , so examining her outlook i suppose yes one can be a witch by nature

no, because there's nothing NATURAL about being a witch. THEY'RE distrubed, twisted, spiritual black holes.
