Karma isn't a who... its a what . Its a theory.

Do onto others as you would do to yourself , it can always come back to you.

karma isnt a person, Karma is the sum of your life deeds,which you will pay the price/reap the rewards for in your next incarnation (Buddhist belief) say you kill somebody and get away with it,in your next life you will suffer the consequences. Buddhists believe that you work your way up the spiral of life,from the smallest of creatures upto mankind and then till you reach the state of enlightenment and thus becoming a Buddha yourself. I dont know all that much about it so if you wanna know more you should research :p
