The problem is like the rest of the power windows.......
First thing what happens is the window regulator gets loose
which causes the window channel not to be straight, which causes the window to come up or go down slow.
You need to remove the door panel and the plastic cover that is
protecting the window glass.Check all of the small bolts using a
10mm end wrench or a socket. If they are all tight check the window regulator for movement it should not move at all.
Get some WD40 and spray the window channel from top to bottom. This should take care of the problem.
If not you may have some power switches that are bad, however
99% of the time its one of the things you just did.

they need lubrication like any other moving part, the best way i know is silicone spray lubricant, spray inside the side grooves, with the window down then roll up and take door panels off and do the same on the bottom rails, or vic versa, just be sure you get top and bottom. it can also be the window motors wearing out or the alternator not providing enough power to operate them correctly. do you have a large stereo system? i noticed that having my stereo on slows my windows down. they won't roll at all if the radio is on and the engine isn't running.

First try spaying a good silicon lube in the window channels. If that does not work check your battery and alt output. If its low this mean less power to the motors less power less torque from the motors. Last it could be the window motors themselves going. You would need to do an amp draw test to see how much each motor is drawing

seems like all foriegn autos have slow electric windows compared to u.s. that zoom right up. must be because americans are so impatient. if they go down good but not up unless you help them, the you have a sticking problem. remember that is a really small moter trying tio do alot of work. You can try rubbing a color cayron along the felt track. that sometimes helps. chec the fuse for the one that doesn't work at all. its a pretty good job to replace the moters and expensive i'm afraid. it involves pulling the door panel and pulling lots of screws. myself i would pull the fuses and pretend i had a mini van that the windows don't roll down anyhow.

They may be off track, which would mean taking off the door panels and fixing them. But before you do that, try this. Buy silicone spray at the parts store, and spray the channel the window runs in. The rubber may need to be lubricated.

John paul has it accurate examine your voltage after it quits operating, as quickly because it heats up you lose a floor contact, once you've a lot less voltage then you truly favor to sparkling al the floor wires first then try for voltage back if it nonetheless has the issue after warmth-up then examine voltage if the voltage is lower than 12 volts you've a contact situation interior the circuit.

Sounds like the window motors are not working correctly. You may need to replace these motors or have them rebuilt.

The motor will go slower if the mechanism or even the motor bushings are binding. Try lubricating the rails or/and the motor.
