It really depends on how it's made but generally coffee has more caffeine than cappuccino but less than an Espresso. Cappuccino's are made with milk and flavorings added to the coffee so that dilutes the caffeine somewhat. Some cappuccino's are made with almost no coffee at all! Yuk!

In general, cappuccino. Espresso has more caffeine in it than coffee does. Of course, you can more easily control the number of shots in a cup of cappuccino than you can control the number of beans in a cup of coffee.

Just FYI: Starbucks espresso has been proven to have the largest amount of caffeine it in than any other type of espresso and many types of soda.

Cappuccino, because it's made with espresso. Espresso is made by shooting hot water through a tightly packed bunch of grounds, instead of the loose ones used for coffee, so it's more concentrated.
