halfway house is good for all community first of we was born to my mistake out of life,that is why Jesus die for our sin some people correct their mistake some do not but who are we to judge, that is our problem now everybody all ways judging each other but there is only one judge on our life at the end to protect us daily god give us common sense to use if you be around people that you fill is wrong move ahead you do not have to be around them these people show us what we do not want to be out of life to better yourself in life. so do the right thing there always bad to make good.the world is not perfect.

Every community needs a place for people to transition back and forth from supervised setting, so yes rural communities should have one. Also, if the people are coming from a more urban setting it can be good for them as rural settings are usually refreshing and have less opportunity for trouble.
