Hello, I work the circulation desk in the public library, and I specialize in patron's registrations. The library cards we issue don't have photos on them, only a bar code and the patron's signature. We do however make a copy of the driver's license and attach it to the paper registration in the file. I believe this is fairly common procedure in libraries.
