i wanna burn a movie to a CR-R but i cant find the right program i wanna burn the DVD of my brothers graduation and yea does anyone know how to do that for free? thx for all your help!!

Windows has built in cd burning capacity. You just drag drop files to cd drive and choose write these files to cd.
If you have a CD-RW drive in your computer, it definitely came with a software like nero, easy cd creator, sonic etc. Check those.
if you need another one, there is a free one called cdburnerxp pro. Great product for free.
For burning CD/DVD, you need to have CD-RW/DVD-RW drive respectively.
